Red Onion Marmalade

Sweet, savoury and full of deep caramelised onion flavour, it’s perfect with cheese, cold meats, burgers, sausages, pâté or as part of a ploughman’s lunch.

Homemade in Pembrokeshire · Small batch

Ingredients: Red onions, dark soft brown sugar, red wine vinegar (SULPHITES), balsamic vinegar (SULPHITES), olive oil, salt, allspice, cinnamon, star anise, cloves and bay leaf.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks.

Allergens: Contains sulphites

Serving suggestion: Lovely with mature cheddar, crackers, burgers, sausage rolls or spooned alongside a cheeseboard.
