Welcome to Camping at Thorny Bush, where you can enjoy the beauty of Pembrokeshire without the crowds.
We’ve created a unique private, enclosed camping pitch — around 400 square metres — with real home comforts, space to breathe, and the peace of mind that comes with having the entire area to yourselves.
Because there is only one pitch on the site, you’ll never have neighbouring campers, dogs or busy campsite traffic to worry about.
We’ve planted a living willow hedge around the entire perimeter of the pitch, which will grow into a natural, green boundary over time. This adds extra privacy and a calmer, more enclosed feel — ideal for guests camping with dogs

We understand that not all dogs are happy around strangers or other dogs — and that can make most campsites stressful.
At Thorny Bush, you’ll be the only campers, so your dog can run, play, and relax without worry.

Suitable for Tents & Small Campervans
Our enclosed pitch works best for smaller campervans such as VW Transporters, Vito, Transit Custom–style vans, rooftop tents, or small trailer tents.
Due to the entrance and turning space on the smallholding, large motorhomes, caravans, and extra-long wheelbase vehicles aren’t suitable for this pitch.

XL Bully Information
XL Bullies are welcome provided they are legally registered and owners follow current UK legislation when outside the pitch area. Within the enclosed pitch dogs may be off lead and unmuzzled as the area is private land with no public access. The fencing around the pitch is approximately 1.2m high, so owners must be confident their dog will remain securely contained.
Please ensure you bring proof of your exemption certificate with you in case it is required during your stay.
We’re lucky to be free from light pollution, which means on a clear night, you can enjoy an incredible display of stars.

Additional guests – adults £10 – children £6 per night
