Had a fantastic weekend at the Hive and Vicki and a Chris were incredibly helpful and lovely. Hidden away the cottage is very peaceful and fully equipped with everything you need for a romantic break away. Having had rubbish weather recently arriving to the log fire going when we entered was a lovely surprise and a great start to our weekend.

Most amazing stay at Thorny Bush. The hive was so beautiful and homely , comforting and so relaxing. Beautiful surroundings for fresh country walks and beaches and pubs lunches just a short drive away . The log burner was such a beautiful touch and made the experience feel like a cosy autumn night.
Will definitely be staying again, thank you Chris and Vicky .

We had a lovely getaway to Thorny Bush and stayed in the Hive. Absolutely beautiful little cabin and the surroundings & grounds are simply stunning!
The Hive exceeded our expectations of any log cabin we have previously visited & stayed in, and the Hive comes equipped with practically everything you would need for a few days stay, and to cook a hearty meal with the family whilst enjoying the warmth of the log burner during the coming autumn months. The cabin was clean, well stocked with crockery and spacious.
The destination is local to Pembrokeshire’s hot spots, we ventured out to the beach and Pembroke castle with the pups- Dahla and Bruzer 
thoroughly enjoyed exploring the grounds and the cabin was equipped with all that you would need (and more) for your fur babies! 
The hosts, Vicky & Chris were very welcoming, friendly, and a lovely family. They both were accommodating to any questions we had and Vicky recommended local amenities for us to access.
We definitely plan to come back and visit- and I bet it’s absolutely gorgeous in the summertime! Highly recommend 5

We stayed at The Hive over bonfire weekend with our 2 pooches. I can honestly say it’s the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. We loved it, everything you could need for a weekend away and the fella was happy as he could play with fire for the weekend with the lovely wood burning stove which kept us toasty warm after letting the dogs have a runout on one of the beaches not to far away. It was great to have the secure garden for the dogs, it’s always a relief to go somewhere really dog friendly, that you know the dogs can’t escape and you can leave them to mooch on their own. We would definitely recommend The Hive to anyone looking for somewhere nice an quiet. We’re defo going to book to go back next year, thank you Vicki and Chris

Just home after a wonderful 3 night stay at The Hive. Everything you need for a relaxing little break. Secluded garden for the dog, spotlessly clean cabin, nice little touches on arrival, milk, Welsh cakes, dog treat, tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return here, Vikki and Chris were wonderful, really friendly hosts and there if you needed them. Missing the log burner already.

We have just returned from a stay at the Hive, I cannot express how lovely this place was, inside and out beautiful, lovely quite location, just what I needed after the year I have had working as a nurse in the pandemic, it was honestly more than I expected, I have most certainly had time to relax and recharge my batteries. Vicki and Chris were so welcoming, always at hand if we need anything. Also a fabulous place if you have dogs ours came with us and I am sure he enjoyed it as much as we did, 5 * rating, 100% will be returning can’t wait till next time.

Had a fabulous few days at the hive. Beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. We visited Amroth less than 10 mins drive away along with saundersfoot and Tenby just a few more miles along the coast. Would definitely recommend and shall definitely be going back. A little piece of heaven. Thank you to the lovely host Vicki. Cant wait to come back and see how the plans coming along. We arrived at the Hive desperate for a weekend away, we was welcomed warmly by Vicki and Sid the dog. Vicki is lovely and cheerful and couldn’t be any more attentive. The hive it self was a great experience and incredibly clean and comfortable. The garden was great for the dog and the woodland walk was just as good.
Short distance from Amroth, Saundersfoot and Tenby.
We ate at the wisemans bridge inn recommended by Vicki food was great!
We will defiantly be back brilliant value for money and wonderful host.
A hot tub would be a bonus but we can’t have it all now can we

We had a lovely stay in The Hive. Beautiful accommodation and beautiful scenery. Weather was great so we used the BBQ and the pizza oven a lot. Great walk down to Colby Woodland Gardens (NT) and on to Amroth beach. Beaches a plenty. Very dog friendly. Chris & Vicki were very welcoming and helpful.

The Hive is in the perfect location to visit all of Pembrokeshire, and offers a quiet, cosy and unique place to rest, and relax after a full day.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Vicki and Chris.They were extremely friendly and Helpfull. We had a great week here, with lovely beaches just a short drive away and great coastal walks. Fun for all the family.
