It is Wales after all so we do suggest bringing your waterproofs and wellies just in case!

You will need your beach towels as the towels provided should not be removed from the cabin.

Flip flops or slipper will be needed in the log cabin as it is all wood and we cannot guarantee that a sneaky splinter won't pop up and grab you.

Extra layers wouldn't hurt, especially for the evenings as it can get a bit chilly.

If you have binoculars you can have some fun watching the birds as there are ALOT here.

Dogs are welcome providing they are well behaved and friendly. We ask that you do not leave them alone in your accommodation and clear any dog mess promptly.

We accept up to 3 dogs in the accommodations but please note that all of the accommodations are bijou (compact!) .

We have thought about our dog policy and if your dog likes to sleep on the end of the bed with you then that is OK, we just ask that you put a blanket on top of the bed linen for them. The same applies for the sofa.

If you wish to wash/rinse your dog over with clean water, there is an outdoor tap on the side of the building opposite the polytunnel.

We also ask that you ensure they are up to date with their vaccines, worming and flea treatments.

If you are bringing a PUPPY please let us know at the time of booking.

From 1st September dogs will stay for free.
Check in days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

However if you do have a specific date requirement outside of these days please contact us on 07867523360 and we will try and accommodate you.

Check in is from 3pm and we request that you check out by 10.30 on the day your are leaving. This will allow us sufficient time to sanitize the accommodation ready for the next guests.
The Hive has a gravel footpath leading to the cabin and there is a small step over at the door. The space is quite restricted inside so unfortunately it is unsuitable for wheelchair bound users however it would be fine for people with limited mobility. - Please contact us to discuss this further and if you require photographs for your assessment.

The Annexe has several steps up to the front door so would not be suitable for people unsteady on their feet or in a wheelchair.
If the extra person exceeds the maximum occupancy of the accommodation it may be possible however please contact us before the start of the holiday to confirm.
Yes, we have a car park near to the accommodations.
The Hive has a large decking area that is partially protected by fencing to the front side, however the back area is out of view to all other guests.

The Annexe has its own gravel seating area across from the accommodation with a fence and planting for privacy.
There is free Wi-Fi provided in the accommodations.
There is strictly no smoking or vaping within the accommodations.

You may smoke outside however all cigarette ends must be disposed of correctly.

Failure to do so may result in some of your security deposit being with held.
If something does get damaged while you are in the accommodation please inform us at the earliest opportunity so that it can be fixed or replaced in time for the next guests.

It is sometimes reasonable to expect to pay for more serious damages and breakages such as incidents to carpets, broken windows etc.
We ask that you ensure the accommodation is left in the same state of cleanliness and order that you found it in.
You will receive an email four weeks before you are due to stay with a link to make the final balance payment.
