Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 working days from the postal mark date of delivery. All balms. wax melts and candles must be unopened and in their original packaging, unless they are faulty.

Please allow 5 working days for your return to be processed once we receive the item.

Please note: Return or exchange postage costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds
All refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
